The Kirloskar KG4-200WS1 is a 200 kVA (160 kW) prime-rated diesel generating set built to CPCB IV+ emission norms, intended for sites that run the generator as working power rather than occasional backup.
Power comes from a six-cylinder 6K1080ETA 4G2 engine of 6.48 litres, turbocharged and after-cooled, running at 1500 rpm with common rail direct injection. Exhaust passes through a DOC and SCR after-treatment system using DEF, which is what brings the set within CPCB IV+.
The set ships as a complete package inside an acoustic canopy rated below 75 dBA at one metre, with a 400 litre fuel tank, 45 litre DEF tank and a set-mounted radiator tested for 50 degrees Celsius ambient. The KG745 controller provides full instrumentation, protection and AMF capability.
We size the set against a proper load study before quoting, handle installation and commissioning, and support it afterwards with servicing and spares.
